On January 9, 2017, Mr. Michael Hudson was appointed as a director of the Company and the Company’s Chairman, and CEO. During the last 30 years Mr. Hudson has developed and financed mineral exploration properties worldwide. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1990 with a B.Sc. (Hons 1st) in Geology and more recently received the Tolhurst Noall Prize for “Mining Investment Analysis” in Victoria, Australia for the FINSIA Graduate Diploma. Starting his career in Broken Hill in 1990 underground for three years with Pasminco Ltd, the largest global integrated zinc producer during the 1990’s, he spent ten years exploring or developing zinc-lead projects worldwide from exploration to pre-feasibility projects in Pakistan, Australia and Peru. Moving into the Canadian capital markets 20 years ago, he has raised more than US$150M for exploration and project development in Finland, Spain, Portugal, Sweden and Ireland. Discoveries or projects significantly advanced include: Broken Hill (The Pinnacles and Western A-Lode – Zinc, Lead), Pakistan (Duddar - Zinc), Peru (Accha - Zinc, Bongara – Zinc), Olary (Portia - Gold, Benagerie Ridge – Copper-Gold), Sweden (Norra Kärr – Heavy Rare Earths) and Finland (Rompas-Rajapalot – Gold). Since 2004 has headed Mawson Resources Ltd (TSX:MAW) as founding Chairman, CEO and Director. He is also a director of Hydro66 Holdings Corp. (CSE:SIX). He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Member of both the Society for Economic Geologists and Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Mr. Henstridge is a self-employed professional geologist and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from the University of Adelaide in Australia and professional designations from each of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and the Geological Society of Australia. Mr. Henstridge brings over 30 years of experience in the mining industry including 20 years in managing public-listed companies. Mr. Henstridge is a director and member of various audit, compensation, corporate governance and nominating committees of other public-listed mineral exploration companies.

Mr. DeMare, a chartered professional accountant, has been President of Chase Management Inc. since 1991, providing accounting, management, securities regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial services to private and public-listed companies. Mr. DeMare also serves as an officer and/or director of a number of public-listed companies. Mr. DeMare holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

Ms Carnegie worked for the past decade as an advisor to The Sentient Group, a US$2.7B private equity firm specializing in the development of natural resources. She has held senior positions in the Australian government and life insurance sectors, and owned an Asian strategic research firm from a Singapore base, for over a decade. Currently she is a member of the Board of the Australian Government’s Australia Korea Foundation, a member of the Executive Board, Australia Korea Business Council, on the Advisory Council of Asialink, and a Senior Advisor to Mawson Resources (gold and cobalt exploration, Finland).  She served recently on the Advisory Committee to the Emerging Markets Network of the OECD, and early in her career worked at the OECD Secretariat (agricultural commodities). Her links to Universities in Australia are of long standing - Member Council Australia National University (three terms), Member, Council, Curtin University ( WA - three terms) and Member Board UNSW “Unisearch” (two terms). Ms Carnegie has a B Economics (Monash) and an MPA ( Kennedy School of Government, Harvard).

Ms. Vargas brings over 25 years of experience working with international mining exploration companies with investments in Peru, including AngloGold Ashanti, Pasminco Exploration, The Grosso Group, Norsemont Mining, Inca One Metals, Kaizen Discovery, and Winshear Gold, as general manager and/or as local leader in the areas of administration, permitting and health, safety, environmental and community relations ("HSEC"). Through her company, CAVATO Management Consulting Services, she has been a consultant for mining exploration companies listed at the TSX and TSXV. Ms. Vargas was appointed Hannan's General Manager and HSEC Leader in July 2019 and is instrumental in the development of Hannan's stakeholder engagement and in identifying and managing social, environmental and safety risks associated with Hannan's exploration and development activities. Ms. Vargas holds a degree in Business Administration with a Master Degree in International Business Administration and post graduate specializations in Mining and Environmental Law and in Organization and Business Administration, in addition to having taken International Management programs at Harvard Business School and Tonji University in Shanghai.
