Previsto Gold-Copper Project
The 100%-owned Previsto prospect (DIA AMANECER) is located in central-eastern Peru, on the eastern flank of the Central Cordillera, at elevations of approximately 800–2,000 m. It was discovered in 2021 during a greenfields prospecting program targeting back-arc porphyry copper-gold systems, and has been interpreted as a large alkalic gold epithermal–porphyry system — a style not previously recognised in this part of Peru. Previsto has a gold-in-soil and geophysical footprint of approximately 5 km × 5 km, within which several discrete systems have been identified, including the Previsto Central gold zone, the Copper Zone (1.3–2.0 km north) and Mirador Creek (1 km south). The prospective strike was recently increased to 13 km as a result of a remote mapping study completed on the project area. Details in the news release dated April 20, 2026.

Previsto Central Channel Sampling
Channel sampling at Previsto Central has progressively expanded a continuous, surface-exposed gold zone in which every recent channel sample collected has returned gold. Sampling is limited to areas where outcrop is exposed in the jungle; the sampled areas represent minimum dimensions, remain open in all directions, and the true widths are not yet known.
Following the principal channel of 135.2 m @ 1.3 g/t Au (north–south orientation), perpendicular sampling campaigns expanded the zone laterally:
- In the campaign reported June 3, 2026, all 148 channel samples across a 370 m × 70 m area returned gold, expanding the continuous mineralised width from 15.5 m to 96.5 m (estimated true width ~90 m), with a peak grade of 7.1 g/t Au.
- In the campaign reported May 4, 2026, all 68 channel samples and 2 panel samples across a 110 m × 20 m area returned gold, with a peak grade of 11.2 g/t Au, and visible gold identified in one channel.

- 69.1 m @ 2.4 g/t Au and 13 g/t Ag, including 26.0 m @ 5.4 g/t Au and 27 g/t Ag (principal channel)
- Individual rock samples up to 33.1 g/t Au and 120 g/t Ag

Geological Model
Mapping and hyperspectral work indicate that the Previsto Central outcrops sit near the top of a preserved alkalic epithermal system. The mineralisation is associated with roscoelite-cemented hydrothermal breccias, pervasive adularia and potassium-feldspar alteration, fluorite, and alkalic porphyry dykes — an assemblage characteristic of alkalic porphyry–epithermal systems. At Mirador Creek, “water-silica” (chalcedonic/opalline) and gibbsite–kaolinite signatures are interpreted as a near-surface lithocap. The Company interprets these features to indicate that a substantial part of the mineralised system may be preserved at depth; in analogous alkalic systems, the vertical extent of mineralisation can exceed several hundred metres. These interpretations are exploration concepts and have not been confirmed by drilling.
Deposit-type analogue. The Company considers Previsto to display characteristics of an alkalic porphyry–epithermal system, a class that includes Cripple Creek, Colorado (reported by third-party sources to have produced more than 30 million ounces of gold), with Emperor and Tuvatu in Fiji as further examples. This comparison is presented as a deposit-type and exploration-targeting analogue only, and is not a prediction of the scale, grade, tonnage or economic potential of Previsto. Cripple Creek production figures are from third-party sources the Company has not independently verified.
Permitting and next steps
Following a public participation workshop held in the Previsto population centre (Nueva Palestina), at which majority community support was formally recorded, the Company expects to submit its environmental application (DIA AMANECER) to the General Directorate of Environmental Mining Affairs (DGAAM) during June 2026. Environmental approval is anticipated to take approximately six to eight months, a period extending into the wet season; as a result, the Company currently expects maiden drilling at Previsto to commence in 2027. In the interim, work continues on structural mapping and channel sampling to vector towards the core of the system at Previsto Central, and on the Copper Zone to the north.
