Belen Copper-Gold Project

Location and setting

Belen (DIA VALIENTE) is located in the Valiente project area of central-eastern Peru, forming part of the broader 25 km × 10 km Previsto–Belen porphyry–epithermal cluster. It comprises a 12 km trend hosting three targets: Sortilegio, Vista Alegre and Ricardo Herrera.

Targets

Sortilegio — an alkalic copper-gold target. Gossanous boulder samples have returned up to 4.4 g/t Au and 16% Cu, with multiple low-resistivity / high-chargeability (IP) bodies defined.

Vista Alegre — an epithermal gold target, with strong soil anomalism, multiple chargeable bodies, and multiple silica-sulphide boulder samples returning up to 2.7 g/t Au and 44 g/t Ag.

Ricardo Herrera — an outcropping calc-alkaline copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry target, with strong soil anomalism, multiple IP targets and evidence of a developed porphyry mineral system.

First-pass drilling (completed February 2026)

A first-pass diamond drilling program was completed at Belen in February 2026, testing all three targets. Final assays were reported in the Company’s news release dated May 4, 2026:

Sortilegio – intersected a 32 m zone (from 31 m) of pyrite and oxidised
sulphide with quartz; individual samples returned up to 0.5 g/t Au and 0.2% Cu, with associated molybdenum, tellurium, bismuth and tungsten anomalism. The Company interprets this as the lower (“roots”) portion of a hydrothermal system. A second drillhole tested a chargeability high subsequently attributed to
primary magnetite in diorites and monzonites.
Vista Alegre — tested multiple high-resistivity, high-chargeability and geochemical targets attributed to variations in alteration mineralogy and background sulphides. No drillholes intercepted significant mineralisation, and the target remains open.
Ricardo Herrera — tested multiple high-chargeability bodies and confirmed the presence of a mineralised copper porphyry; however, the tenor was low and the prospective early porphyries were limited in volume.

Status and next steps

With first-pass drilling complete, the Company is integrating the drill results with its surface geochemistry, IP and mapping datasets to refine targeting along the 12 km Belen trend
